Our new series , ‘A peek into our mountain hut kitchens’, kicks off with our homemade sourdough bread. 🧑‍🍳

We bake our bread using sourdough right here at the hut. It takes time, patience and a bit of experience – but that’s exactly what makes the difference. The result is a loaf with a rich flavour and a crispy crust.

Next time you visit, you’ll have to try it for yourselves – either as part of our colourful Brettljause platter or simply with a sausage.
